Welcome to Amazing eLearning LLC (“Amazing eLearning”). These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of our video tutorial products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and Licensing
Our products are video tutorial courses covering Microsoft Office applications and Python programming, delivered on a physical USB thumb drive with free online access to the same content.
License Grant: Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the video tutorials for your own personal learning.
Restrictions: You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense the videos or USB contents
- Upload the content to any website, file-sharing service, or learning platform
- Copy the USB drive for distribution to others
- Use the content for commercial training without our written permission
All videos remain the intellectual property of Amazing eLearning.
2. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through our WooCommerce checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping unless stated. We accept major credit cards and PayPal via our secure payment processors.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
3. Delivery of USB Products
Physical USB products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times vary by location; typical U.S. delivery is 5-10 business days. International delivery times vary.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Your purchase also includes free online access to the course videos. Access instructions are provided with your order confirmation.
4. Intellectual Property
All course videos, materials, trademarks, and website content are owned by Amazing eLearning and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, career results, or software compatibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
